Adam is a great coach and I appreciate him and all he does to help me stay in shape and stay healthy. Adam has been my coach for 18 months. I am a faithful 6am crossfitter. “First off I don't write many or any reviews, but I decided to write one because I think they deserve it. I needed to get my old gas string trimmer fixed. When I went in the guy I spoke with said it can be fixed but it's not worth it, that I could buy a new one from a big box store for a few dollars more than it would cost to fix it. He did not try to sell me on anything didn't even mention they had some there, I said ok and started to walk out. Then I thought support a small business. I went back in and asked if they had any string trimmers and I bought a new string trimmer from them sure it cost me a few dollars more than a cheaper one like I had from a big box store but they were honest and did not try to up sell me. I will be taking my lawnmower for a much needed tune up. All in all everyone I spoke with there were friendly and helpful so they will be getting what little business I can give them.”
