“I didn't like the fidi location originally, but I really like it here because it's not as crowded in the mornings. The studio space is larger. Mats aren't crowded together.Everything I liked still applies - tough upbeat hot yoga practice. They always provide options, easy to difficult. I love the hands on mini massage in the beginning and end. The cold towel at the end feels amazing.”

There is something unique about the gentle, positive vibe of this place, from the calm beauty of the space itself (I especially love the moss barn door) to the deep kindness and expertise of the teachers. I've taken classes with Liz, David and Greg, and every one of them is a wonderful teacher. When I'm not in town and unable to take a class and have to resort to an at-home yoga session, it's Liz and Yoga Sapien that I channel in my head as I go through the poses.
