I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”

I live in San Diego and needed a spot in Laguna to train an MLB pitching coach that lives in Anaheim. I found this hidden gem. They welcomed me and my client with wide open arms. When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people. If you are in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. The facility is super super clean and modern. Another hard thing to do in the fitness industry is to keep a clean space! Way to go guys. All were antiques that I wanted updated so they had a patina that I was a bit worried about. All 3 came back in perfect condition. Manage your expectations as this is a small father and son operation. So it's not fancy and it takes time. Also, cash or check only. But they do FANTASTIC work!!”
