“In reading many of the previous reviews below, they all have same keywords in common...great customer service, friendly and helpful. Reason being it's because it's true if not an understatement. Short story long, I really needed my bike fixed ASAP due to gears and brake levers not working. Called several bike shops in and around the Orange county/ Newport Beach area and got nowhere. Until I finally called Newport cruisers and spoke with Daniel. Explained to him my situation and wanted to see if at the very least I might be pointed the right direction or given some advice. He told me to go ahead and bring the bike over and he'll take a look at it. I finally arrived at the shop 30 minutes before they closed expecting at the very most a solid lead or suggestion or maybe an appointment I can make leaving me to figure out what to do regarding getting to work the next morning. Daniel who answered the phone and was the only one working at the shop being that they were closing took the time to not only look at my bike but repaired what was wrong with it on the spot there with such a good attitude and sincerity and just genuine good character that it was beyond refreshing to see. With over 20 years of hospitality management & and customer service experience myself I know how to spot the good & the bad apples and not to sound like a tool but I am rarely super impressed. Yes I appreciate the fact that my bike was and is like brand new and I was able to get to work on time that following morning but more importantly Daniel front Newport Cruisers has such a good attitude when most people would have not even given me the time of day certainly not when it's 30 minutes before closing. Was beyond reasonable when it came to charging me and did such an outstanding professional job with such kindness and customer service excellence I had to post this rambling five star review. Do yourself a favor and go to Newport cruisers Some places deserve your business and this is such the place.”

“We have had the opportunity to stay here a few times and it feels like a second home, but a little more luxurious! All the amenities of home with the convenience of being at a great location near the beach. The hosts have provided everything one could possibly need and have been communicative and responsive to any questions we have had. We really enjoy sitting out on the patio and people watching and walking past just a few houses to see the sunset on the beach each night. LOVE that there is also garage parking because if you’ve ever stayed in Newport without it-you definitely have to bring some walking shoes during busy days!”
