“This is the best souvenir shop near Newport Beach. The only place that had souvenir license plates(I collect). I called all the other places near by and went to them. This place is by far the best. I also bought a jacket, hat and shirt. I'm 6ft tall 225 pounds. I bought an XL shirt but it didn't fit like I wanted. I went back and the owner was more than willing to let me exchange for a XXL. Go here!”

“In reading many of the previous reviews below, they all have same keywords in common...great customer service, friendly and helpful. Reason being it's because it's true if not an understatement. Short story long, I really needed my bike fixed ASAP due to gears and brake levers not working. Called several bike shops in and around the Orange county/ Newport Beach area and got nowhere. Until I finally called Newport cruisers and spoke with Daniel. Explained to him my situation and wanted to see if at the very least I might be pointed the right direction or given some advice. He told me to go ahead and bring the bike over and he'll take a look at it. I finally arrived at the shop 30 minutes before they closed expecting at the very most a solid lead or suggestion or maybe an appointment I can make leaving me to figure out what to do regarding getting to work the next morning. Daniel who answered the phone and was the only one working at the shop being that they were closing took the time to not only look at my bike but repaired what was wrong with it on the spot there with such a good attitude and sincerity and just genuine good character that it was beyond refreshing to see. With over 20 years of hospitality management & and customer service experience myself I know how to spot the good & the bad apples and not to sound like a tool but I am rarely super impressed. Yes I appreciate the fact that my bike was and is like brand new and I was able to get to work on time that following morning but more importantly Daniel front Newport Cruisers has such a good attitude when most people would have not even given me the time of day certainly not when it's 30 minutes before closing. Was beyond reasonable when it came to charging me and did such an outstanding professional job with such kindness and customer service excellence I had to post this rambling five star review. Do yourself a favor and go to Newport cruisers Some places deserve your business and this is such the place.”

“Real flavor with old country charm hidden amongst the boats. I loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were greeted repeatedly by all the staff and the owner himself who visited our table numerous times to chat...a genuinely sweet, kind, loving man with a quick whit... very personable. He invited me to walk through the rooms of the restaurant and explained the various wall murals of his family and those who have worked for him over the past forty years. The meat case is amazingly filled with freshly made sausages, stuffed bell peppers, and so much more. We both had the Eggs Benedict with Spicy Italian Sausage. A beautiful fruit plate was also served with fresh toasted bread. The olive relish on the table went so well with the fresh garlic bread. I want to go again and again to try their lunch menu items ASAP. Ciao🇮🇹🍝🇮🇹🍝🇮🇹”

Only 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ STARS, because their service deli/hot food people are STILL SNARKY and NEED ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS when it comes to answering questions about their hot foods for purchase. “This “little flower shop by the sea” is a welcome addition to the peninsula’s boutique scene. I purchased an arrangement which Kaitlyn designed with fresh flowers of my choice...absolutely beautiful!!! The space may be “little”, but the quality of the various boutique items ,as well as the flowers, are huge. A five star rating for sure!”
