There are not many gyms in Newport that empower people to be strong and confident in building strength. If you want to experience a trainer that builds you up and helps you meet your goals- go see this gym! It’s extremely disappointing to see 1-star reviews that have no substance, experiences, and complaining about a dog being present.”
