“Great location and nice house. Very close to the beach and downtown Newport. Rich and Sheryl were responsive and very polite. The one downside is finding a parking spot on the street. There is a garage for a compact car/SUV. However being close to the beach why we selected this property. We definitely would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best we have ever had from a rental property.”

“We have had the opportunity to stay here a few times and it feels like a second home, but a little more luxurious! All the amenities of home with the convenience of being at a great location near the beach. The hosts have provided everything one could possibly need and have been communicative and responsive to any questions we have had. We really enjoy sitting out on the patio and people watching and walking past just a few houses to see the sunset on the beach each night. LOVE that there is also garage parking because if you’ve ever stayed in Newport without it-you definitely have to bring some walking shoes during busy days!”

“For the past ten years I have been using Associated Realty Service of Newport Beach for Vacation Properties/Summer Rentals. After using many of the Vacation Rental/Property Management companies in Newport and never being satisfied, it was a huge relief to find Associated (especially since I live 350 miles away). They are always able to accommodate me with a great place whether it's just my family or we are vacationing with friends and need a bigger place. One of the great things about Associated is that they have such a large and diverse inventory of rental properties that they can put you into a nice place whatever your budget might be. If you cant find what you're looking for on their website, or have questions about a property, then call and they will further assist you. They have also helped me with information and properties for a long term winter rental when I was considering opening a Southern Ca. division to my business. The President of Associated, Jim, his office manager Julia and the entire team at Associated are all Real Estate Professionals and really understand the Property Rental Business (as well as buying or selling property in Southern California which I continue to discuss with Jim). I live Six hours away from Newport so I rely heavily on Associated to be my eyes and make sure that I have got the right Vacation Property. They always exceed my expectations. There have been a couple of instances where a fluorescent light bulb burned out in the kitchen or a toilet needed fixing (thanks to my three year old dropping his hot wheel in it). I made a phone call to Associated and they had it taken care of around my schedule, no interruptions to our day. I highly recommend Associated Realty Service of Newport Beach for your Newport Beach/Southern California vacation rental (they're also great for short and long term winter rentals)!
