“Sonnie was very responsive right from the time I called her till the flowers were delivered. I live on the other side of the country in Boston and so I was not sure which florist would be the best in the area. My childhood friend was moving into her first house and I wanted to send her some flowers. I called Sonnie last minute and she made delivery of the flowers the same day possible. I told her my budget and she sent me a few bouquets as an example and I chose the one I liked. She even customized that based on the colors I wanted. She sent me a text when the bouquet was ready and delivered it as soon as I gave her an ok. The communication with her was seamlessly done via text and it was super convenient for me.
