“I have always associated Training Camp with Hot Yoga, but it is so much more! They offer barre, yoga and circuit training. It's like having your own personal trainer without the expense. I love the small, close knit atmosphere. I've worked out my whole life and have been to a lot of gyms. This is by far my favorite! Unlike bigger chain gyms, Training Camp is inviting and makes you feel like you belong. The trainers are really nice and friendly, but will definitely kick your butt in the gym. “Squish gym is honestly unlike any other gym out there - that is, in the best of ways. A few months ago I broke my clavicle due to a mountain bike accident and was recommended to physical therapy. After a couple months of physical therapy, and minimal improvements in strength and mobility, I went into Squish Gym. After one hour of work at Squish, I had better mobility in my shoulder than I had in months; I could finally move my arm without pain. So, I stopped physical therapy and continued to go to Squish. And only about a month later I am back to lifting weights, pain free, and all thanks to Squish. The community within the gym is great and always makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend Squish to others, whether you are looking to improve your strength, fix an issue, or simply find a group of kind and helpful people.”

“I LOVE Nikki's streaming classes. I have been an avid exerciser since my teens (I'm in my late '40s now), and I have done every type of workout under the sun. For the last few years, even though I've maintained a workout routine, I wasn't enjoying myself and was always bouncing around from workout to workout trying to find something that I genuinely enjoyed. Once I found Nikki's online workout platform, I knew I found a workout that met all of my needs - amazing music, creative but safe moves, excellent cuing, high energy, and, most importantly effective! Nikki's workouts provide a well-rounded fitness program in every class - each class will help tone your entire body, while also getting your heart rate up, and will help with mobility and range of motion. “Our daughter began at CSA in a cheer/tumbling class 5 years ago. We chose CSA because it was close to JSerra HS that our eldest son was commuting to, and also because they have a special needs cheer team (we have another son w/special needs). Our son graduated HS, but we stayed at CSA, and drive from Oceanside 3 Times/week because our daughter has made friends at CSA, the coaches are great: inspirational, motivational, and believe in the athletes, and because the owners and coaches instill values and lessons into the girls.”
