“Great experience! I arrived at the Preferred Service desk and was the only one in line, a refreshing change from the usual wait I have experienced with other car rental counters at John Wayne airport. They gave me a complimentary upgrade from a full size car to a fully loaded Nissan Armada, which is the car I am thinking of buying! The car was parked fairly far away in the lot and the manager walked out there for me and drove the car up to where I was waiting so I didn’t have to haul my luggage across the lot. Great customer service, super friendly and helpful staff. Will only be renting from Avis when I return to John Wayne airport!”
