We were so happy with the service. We had a manufacturer issue with our oven, which the manufacturer was as not willing to help us with. I called Howard’s and spoke with Susy Cabral who fixed the issue within 2 hours. Even though we were outside of the 30 day exchange period Susy allowed the exchange. They have a 20 person max currently so go early if you don't want to wait. Mask is mandatory and they wipe down the registers after every customer.
