“I was able to find what I was looking for. I came to this Walmart because the place I was staying at was across the street. I needed some auto windshield cleaner and microfiber so I knew Walmart would have it. Finding parking was easy and they have someone checking in the entrance that customer wore their mask inside. I was able to find the auto area to get the products I wanted. I used the self checkout, so it was a easy process for me.”

The service was fast and friendly, there were plenty of options so i had to get a variety of them and a hot coffee to enjoy with.I didn’t expect to go out for donuts but as I passed and smelled the fresh donuts and saw the window to order. “My wife and I were walking around Downtown Orange. We have gone to The Pie Hole before, but we have gotten their savory pies. We just had lunch, and we were interested in some dessert. I had the Mexican Chocolate Pie with the espresso topping, and my wife had the Apple Crumble Pie. Both tasted excellent. My slice was definitely very thick. I had no issues with the taste of either pie, but I thought $7.00 a slice was too expensive for the size of it. It is still worth visiting again when I am in Downtown Orange.”

But I got lucky and the cute gal behind the counter asked and Viola! I got 2 to try! The Cannele is moist and dipped in chocolate with coconut flakes! I love that! “Love the Scan & Go! It’s so quick, easy, and convenient. Just a tip for those that like to make a quick trip, park further away from the entrance. It’s always congested near the front entrance where people are waiting for closer parking. I park by Carl’s Jr. and it’s faster to walk from there. It’s also easier to get out of that area because I’m so close to the traffic lights to turn left onto Brookhurst. I went on late Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend and it was a bit crowded. I only needed 2 items and didn’t use a cart. I just scanned the items on my app, paid for it, and headed to the exit. There was a line to exit as 2 associates had to verify purchases. I don’t really understand why they have to scan both of my items if they already scanned my QR code. It gives a breakdown of my purchase. There was a bit of a hiccup because the associate kept scanning my 2 items but it didn’t go through. Overall, I love the experience since it’s so convenient. I would rather go here than Costco since it’s a quick in and out.”

Kudos! Also loved the gentleman who helped me at the deli counter. It was his first day behind the counter but he was all smiles and ready to help. He offered tastes of foods I was considering but never tried before. All in all a great experience except the rain. “Three times we've come here and it never disappoints. As much as we like trying new places, we also like eating satisfying food and this is where it lives. It's always busy, but the wait times have never been more than 20-30 minutes even when it seems there are lots of people waiting. We've only sat inside each time, so if you do, expect it to be loud and busy, but not overbearing. Their is ample outside seating, shade from the canopies, and they're pet friendly. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to assist, and the cooks always deliver the best grub. We recommend avocado fries, sausage and bacon omelette, impossible burger, cobb salad, and onion rings, but maybe not all at once.”
