“Mark was awesome! I hired him from out of town to help with a toilet leak in my Dad's house. He had me text him photos first before coming on site to make sure he could do the job and had what he needed prior to coming out. He was quick, professional and reasonable priced on a Saturday. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still going well. Great service!!”

“We had a stoppage in our main sewer drain causing our drains to backup into our bathtub and our drains to not...you know...drain. I attempted to unclog our septic line myself and was unsuccessful. I called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day! Joel was very quick to unclog our system and notify us of the root cause which was roots! “I don't usually write reviews, but was really grateful and happy with this service and wanted to share. I came home from a long trip to a plumbing emergency. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call. I tried a few different places and this is the only one who was able to come the same day. He arrived before I was home from a quick run to the grocery store, but was patient and called me. He fixed all the plumbing issues and also helped me with another issue unrelated to plumbing. He had all the parts needed with him to do the job. It's been over a week since the repairs were done and I've had no problems. I was impressed with his quick response, patience when I wasn't home, quality work and friendly personality. I will be calling him again for any plumbing issues and highly recommend him. “Yesterday Ryan and Derrick worked on a water leak I had on my side of my county meter here in Placerville. The situation had several difficulties although Ryan and Derrick never gave up, worked very hard and proffetionally without frustration. The end game after several tries they completed the job with success.
