On my birthday they made a mistake with the golden eagles drinks something to do with whole ice but we wanted blend ice. BUTTTT😆 they gave the four mistaken Golden eagles for free and payed for the two we ordered thank y’all!🙌. My favorite drinks are the Golden Eagle, hot cocoa, chai tea, and the London fog. “The girl at the front desk goes out of her way for every single guest. During my interaction she helped me find somewhere to eat, and then she left and the next girl came on, she was struggling and called the first girl and patiently helped her with the problem. I overheard the conversation she was at dinner with her family but she answered the phone and helped the girl at the desk. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but her service was extremely extraordinary. I stay at choice hotels a lot and I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I come back around! The rooms were nice, still renovating a little but the upgrades are very nice! The canvas in the room was absolutely beautiful. The cooler wasn’t set up yet but it looks nice”
