“I had always intended to one day replace my carpets and work with 916 floors in the future, and then we had an unanticipated need to replace the carpet immediately in my daughters room. 916 floors was extremely responsive, and Paul, who is a very kind and honest person, came to our home to measure the rooms and provide quotes for different types of carpet. The need was for one room, but given how old our carpets were, we figured we may as well have the carpet in all 3 rooms replaced. Prices of material can be high these days, but thankfully 916 floors had in-stock options that were high quality and very fair in price. We worked with Julie to get more information about the in-stock options, and she was always very kind, pleasant, and helpful in acquiring the information. From there I was able to work with Paul and Julie to select the type of in-stock carpet and get the work scheduled. I was surprised how quickly they could schedule us to get our old carpet removed and have the new carpet installed. Communication was always very clear, and the installer, Joaquin, called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Joaquin was very professional, and it was very apparent that he has been installing carpets for many years as we were very pleased with the install. He also did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the install, and did a great job cleaning up after he was complete. Overall, the job that Paul and his team did to replace our carpets went above and beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend 916 floors to anyone looking to have carpet or hard floors replaced or installed!”

“From the minute we walked into their shop on a rainy, windy day we were impressed with the level of professionalism and experience. We were starting from zero because we didn't know what we wanted but Donna walked us through lots of options, very patiently, explaining the differences between all of the choices. We spent at least an hour (probably more) with her and she did not make us feel rushed. We did look at other places but nothing compared with the friendly, informative experience we received with Carpet Discounters in Roseville. We finally made a decision and their installers were amazing. You CANNOT see a single seam. We did five rooms and they were finished in two days, moving furniture and placing it back exactly where it was. We would HIGHLY recommend these people if you are looking to install carpet. We will be going back for flooring.”
