One of my daughters is struggling pretty bad right now and Dr. Chen is one of the only people that she feels she can trust. She has a way of comforting and supporting her patients at all ages. She is thorough and very responsive anytime I've called her for any reason. You will be VERY hard pressed to find someone in her league in my opinion. We almost had to switch insurance to get my husbands work insurance but our love for Dr. Chen was the reason we will never switch our girls to anyone else. She's amazing!!!”

However, Roseville Dental Center has allayed many of my concerns by taking every special caution imagineable. They do the standard checking of temerature and offering hand sanitizer and masks. They even checked my oxygen saturation with a pulse oximeter! Furthermore, when I went back to the office, I notice they had an air filter in place. Dr. Vong also tested me for antibodies to the coronavirus. While I was there, I noticed they were fogging down every room. When asked about the fogging, they told me they did that at the end of the day because fogging is more effective than trying to wipe down every surface. I am quite pleased with their approach to safety, especially for the elderly.”

“As an employee, I have felt very safe since we have recently re-opened in June. We take pride in the many safeguards we practice to prevent the spread of germs. The safeguards include wearing gloves (as we always have even before Covid-19), face masks, face shields or goggles, we follow CDC Health standards for disinfection between each client, standing 6-feet apart, and limiting the amount of people in the building at the same time. Not only do I feel safe here, but the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in massage therapy and skin care.”
