I will admit the initial entrance of getting into the cold tank was shocking to the body but the switch to the hot tub felt great. Doing that 3-4 times I took a rest for about 15 minutes and woke up refreshed and with a lot less soreness than I had when I first came in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone feeling sore, drained from work, or just needing a refreshing, massage-type experience.”
