As a single woman it is stressful to go to any mechanic believing that they will be honest. It has been quite the opposite in my experience until I became knowledgeable about cars. I have to say that I did call about 10 minutes before they were to close last night and the man on the phone was exceptionally nice welcoming and insisted please come by right now if the doors are opened we are working. “Very quick, easy and great service. I woke up to my windshield cracked and knew I couldn't drive with it so I called every auto glass repair service in Beaumont . I was priced so high until I called this repair service and got the best quote plus they came withing 2 hrs to fix it . Got it done in 30min tops and so far everything looks awesome . They were friendly and even threw in some jokes that made me laugh. I recommended them to my mother in law and the neighbors also asked for their business card while fixing my windshield. “Have been a Les Schwab customer for years, Since moving to Beaumont I went to their store once and wasn’t Impressed with the service or their prices and think they have a lot to learn compared to the northwest stores! So I found Ramona Tires on yelp and compared prices which they out did the competition by at least 10 bucks on a oil change and even more if you get one of their discount cards. The gentlemen behind the counter were very good and informative at what they do. Which is a plus in this day and age! Actually they were so busy answering phones and taking care of customers try to track down hard parts to get for customers, I thought they sure are valuable workers and hope management knows how lucky they are to have these guy! Ended up buying a couple tires besides a oil change and was very happy with the service! Wishing tire prices were more reasonable but you get what you pay for! Thanks for being a trustworthy business! BEWARE THOSE DISCOUNT CARDS AREN’T WHAT THEY SAY! Turns out there credit cards!”

“Kia Niro window replacement. Louie responded quickly, and I made an appointment early on a day off of mine. They’ll do window repairs for nicks as big as a quarter, but my window was cracked more than 2 feet across. The work was done in less than 2 hours at the glass doctor lot. The new window is intact and has set nicely. They have a sweet warranty, and I’ll edit my review if I need to update anything in the future. Overall, I’m grateful they didn’t charge nearly anything close to what glass repair companies nearer Palm Springs tried to charge.”
