“This place is excellent!!! They have the most affordable rates—AND NO HIDDEN PRICE INCREASES like everywhere else has. I checked out a couple different places that seemed cheaper, but those other places forced me to add insurance which racked up the price significantly. First Street Storage does NOT do this! They allow the insurance to be optional and that is such a game changer!! They also have great access days/hours (7am-7pm, 7 days a week), which is super important to me! I need to be able to access my items any day! A huge thank you and shout out to the ladies in the office, Jackie and Pearl!! Their customer service absolutely cannot be beat!! They are absolutely the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and dedicated and genuine people I’ve ever met!! Jackie has gone WAY above and beyond to explain things and discuss our options, show us helpful hints (like how to use the lights, where the extra code boxes are, etc.), and to help have our storage insulation cleaned up! These ladies are single-handedly the reason I stay with First Street Storage, and why I and my family trust them for our personal items as well as our business storage needs. I also want to say a huge thank you for helping us upgrade to a larger storage unit immediately as we discovered on site that what we had originally planned and paid for was not going to be big enough. They fixed the issue happily, quickly, and with no problems or attitude! This place is truly the best and makes you feel like a very valued customer!!”

“Decent rv park. Doesn’t look like luxury but they have nice amenities. Stayed for 7 days. Staff was very nice. We had no issues besides water being cut off a couple of times but for no more then an hour. Definitely will be back! They also have a SUPER nice youth center for the kiddos.”

“The people at Beaumont RV really went above and beyond to make our experience the most enjoyable purchase we have ever made. Rob was honest and great about communication and helping to achieve an unrealistic time-line. Noah was our sales representative and he was just wonderful and accommodating. We were buying this unit sight unseen and he went as far as to video the unit for us before we drove to California to pick it up. The entire team from sales, finance and even their shop employees went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying an RV, as they really understand true Customer Service. 🙂”

“We were customers there for ten years and the only reason Yankee Mini Storage Corp is getting five stars is because of the staff. Melanie and Julie are totally awesome they have always treated myself and my husband very well and they know what customer service is which is rare these days., However their management company Platinum gets zero stars, because they treat their customers and employees with no respect. If it wasn't for Platinum raising the prices every six months and pricing us out we would have stayed. Platinum management group should value it's employees and its customers not everything should be about money. This every six month increase supposedly is the "industry standard"....no its probably the industry standard for CA not everywhere else. Melanie and Julie are absolutely the best!”
