“Have been a Les Schwab customer for years, Since moving to Beaumont I went to their store once and wasn’t Impressed with the service or their prices and think they have a lot to learn compared to the northwest stores! So I found Ramona Tires on yelp and compared prices which they out did the competition by at least 10 bucks on a oil change and even more if you get one of their discount cards. The gentlemen behind the counter were very good and informative at what they do. Which is a plus in this day and age! Actually they were so busy answering phones and taking care of customers try to track down hard parts to get for customers, I thought they sure are valuable workers and hope management knows how lucky they are to have these guy! Ended up buying a couple tires besides a oil change and was very happy with the service! Wishing tire prices were more reasonable but you get what you pay for! Thanks for being a trustworthy business! BEWARE THOSE DISCOUNT CARDS AREN’T WHAT THEY SAY! Turns out there credit cards!”

“I brought Tuna for teeth cleaning today. It was such a nice experience. The nurse was a listener. She paid attention to what I was worried about. The doctor was excellent. He told me exactly what should to be done and what not need right now. ( He tried to save my money) He explained every single thing that will happen and the cost in detail clearly. I took her in at 10 am. The nurse called me at 12.45 that my dog was fine and what time I could pick her up. They made my life easier. My dog was not over sedated. She was just tired but totally fine. The nurse even cut her nails for free. Thank you so much. A lot of a little special things I can see like a discharge instruction in detail both verbal and written, medications lists and a cute Tuna fish sticker for my Tuna. I appreciated your care and compassion.”
