“I had 4 bar stool seats that need reupholstering. I took it to Sam on a Friday, he told me they would be ready the following Monday around 2pm. I received a call from him at11:00am, saying they were ready and I was pleasantly pleased he had them ready before he originally told me. When I saw them I was so happy! They looked so beautiful, even better than how they originally were. The pride and craftsmanship he put into them was outstanding. I will definitely go back for future upholstering. “We got a quote to install laminate counter tops since granite was over our budget. We had to pay in full $6910.00 before anyone would even come out to look at the job. When the estimator arrived, he looked at the counters and said the job couldn't be done because the island counter was larger than the laminate sheets. We specifically asked twice if there would be a seam in the job and were told no. We cancelled the job the next day and had to wait 10 days to get a refund check. Home Depot converted our payment check to an electronic bank transfer and the money was taken from our account the next day. We will NEVER consider Home Depot for any major purchase. How can they get away with charging the entire job before it gets looked at. We have 2 estimates from independent contractors that will install the same job with hard surface materials for under $6000. Home Depot wanted $11000. It's a good place to buy fertilizer, but that's about it for us. ”

“Amazing experience! After a long week of moving and unpacking the last thing I wanted to do was shop for a bed. However a friend of mine recommended this place and it was well worth it to stop by. From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted. There was an enormous selection in store not to mention the ability to order from catalog. The staff was so helpful And friendly. “Eddie did a great job and really worked hard to come up with what I was looking for in a new interior. Depending on the time of year you decide to get this done you should plan on delays but that’s the interior business not just Martinez.. Eddie’s communication was good and he always called or texted me back when I inquired on the status. There were a few odds and ends that I had to take care of myself but in my opinion it was minor but kept the review from 5 stars.”
