Their customer service was incredible from the sales team to the installers: Dallin Inman was knowledgeable, energetic, helpful and responsive! Management helped navigate unforeseen challenges with grace and poise. The installation team was responsive, went the extra mile, cleaned the yard beautifully at the conclusion of the job and even switch some trees after I changed my mind in the middle of the job! The whole team truly went above and beyond! Everyone said the prices at Moon Valley were high but we got top quality trees and service. I have no regrets! You get what you pay for :-)”
