Always have had great service here. Staff is professional. Yes, sometimes there's a wait at Urgent Care, that's to be expected. I got a few "side eyes" when I was taken ahead of people who had been waiting. Turns out I had to have my appendix out that evening so.... as they say you are not necessarily seen in the order you arrive. Thanks Kaiser!

I just got home after taking my daughter in after a fall. The front desk people helped me very quickly and even called the nursing staff in the back to make sure that they could help. The nurses we exceptionally wonderful, they were kind and gentle about cleaning her eyebrow up. The doctor was also very attentive and came to help very quickly. Overall, the experience made me very happy to be a Kaiser member.

Dr Stacia Guillen and Hermina are both very sweet and friendly. All of my pregnancy visits have been great so far. I also really like the self check in. It makes the visits pretty quick.

Absolutely happy with my experience. I slice the tip of my 1st finger off and had to take a trip to urgent care. I was so concerned about the wait time being that I was bleeding profusely and there were a few people ahead of me. I waited literally 2 minutes and was called back to be scene. The PA Gutierrez and LVN Florentine were very professional and amazing! I will never stop being a Kaiser customer and thankful for their service and friendliness in my time of need. I definitely recommend Kaiser to everyone!
