AT&T Store

The associate met me inside the door, answered my questions and warned me of possible concerns with the path I chose. I l paid my bill and life goes on. =)

Went into upgrade my iPhone 4 to an iPhone XR, AT&T Rep Justin assisted me. Told him exactly what I wanted he went in back to see if he had it and all said and done from there. Justin set up my new phone walked me thru some of the features and sold me some of accessories they had in shop for the phone. After reading some of the reviews I initially wasn’t excited to take my business to this store but I am actually quite happy I did, my experience there was a great one. I found Justin to be courteous, professional, and friendly. Did he try to do the upscale thing? Yeah, that’s his job folks!! An easy “not interested” is all you need to say. Will be returning for another phone for the wife.
