“I made a reservation online and Monique called 1st thing in the morning to confirm everything. I was a little late picking up the U-haul truck and they called to make sure everything was ok, and offered to reschedule the pickup time if needed. When i arrived to pick up the rental, the Manager was attentive, organized, and streamlined, especially compared to one of the other U-haul stores in town. I would definitely choose this location again to rent a truck from.”

“One of the coolest looking storages I have seen. Nice landscaping, gorgeous location. Rates are competitive. The place is a little out of the way; you aren't going to find it if you aren't specifically looking for it, but once you do it's worth the time to find it, haha. Sharon is great and Nicki is too--Sharon is the manager and Nicki is asst. Couldn't ask for a better storage in the area.”

“I have had storage in different places but this one is by far the best one. This review is for the GM Ruth. She is the best manager that I have ever encountered with. She always on point with the property and anytime I ask her to do anything she is there right away. I'm sorry that I cannot say the same great things about the manager that was there on Sunday. I asked her to change the bulb on my new cube and the experience was weird. She removed the bulb and instead of stepping down to put the light bulb on the floor, instead she drops it as I was standing there. After trying to replace it, she couldn't and blamed Ruth for not ordering the correct bulb. I found that to be very unprofessional and uncalled for. Ruth is very professional and always willing to help. This experience I had with this manager was different and next time, I will wait for Ruth to be there . When Ruth and I went to check out the space she noticed that it needed to be swept. The manager was in that area sweeping and Ruth asked her if she can please sweep the cube before I moved in. The managers face didn't look too thrill when Ruth asked her to do that. When I moved in the cube, there was webs on the corners and none of the corners were swept.”

“This place is over all awesome! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & very pleasant. I got a very relaxed yet professional at home vibe upon first arrival. When the big day came for delivery and set up Jose was our guy! He took care of everything!!! He went over and above making sure we were taken care of and set up properly. He really made sure that everything went smoothly & took care of all our needs and then some! He took a highly stressful event for us and turned it in to a peaceful transition. If I could give higher than 5 stars I most certainly would! Great place!!! Great people!!!”

“Great rates and a fantastic staff. Had a few storage facilities in my life and until you had a bad one you don't really think about how nice it is to have a good one. This is one of the great ones, the grounds are kept neat and orderly as well as very secured. There is an on-site person at all times so you don't ever have to worry about your items and the storage areas themselves are very nice. Very well lit with each unit having its own lighting. If you've ever had to go down a long dark Corridor trying to carry a giant dresser into an even darker room you'll understand how nice of a feature this is. Additionally the staff here is awesome, extremely helpful polite and very aware of the customers needs. Free set of moving boxes and roll of tape and pending what you end up selecting I'm not sure how it works but we even got to use a moving truck that they keep on site to move our Goods into the storage unit saving us hundreds of dollars. Absolutely fantastic.”
