Randy was easy to communicate with regarding information and prices prior to the visit, on time, prices were what he quoted on the phone, no up selling, and his service was awesome. My stairs were pretty tired (over 15 ears old) but when he was done they looked great. I noticed after he left the little things he did. He moved a recliner , cleaned under it and put it back on coasters so it would dry under neath, opened a few windows that I did not open so the carpets would dry and was over all a really nice person. He took his time and really made sure the carpets were clean. He also was very clear that if for any reason I was not satisfied about something i saw after he left to make sure to let him know so he could rectify the problem and not just send a bad review. Nothing to report but great news from a great business. I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone looking for a great Carpet Cleaning Service.”
