  First I want to say that I love Quick Quack and I don't go to any other car wash but today I love them even more! Stephanie was my sales person today and she is awesome!!! She did a great job selling their monthly special and I even told her how good she is. I wanted the $9.99 wash and I mentioned that in Moreno Valley they sell the same wash for $7.99 and I thought that was strange. So she offered me a 40% discount on my wash today and I only had to pay $5.99. Now that is excellent customer service and you guys have a customer in me for life! Please give Staphanie a raise because I have a feeling she makes a lot of money for your company. She is an excellent and professional employee. Thank you Quick Quack. I am referring you to everyone I know.

  Always has the friendliest staff who is willing to outperform the competition whether it's up selling or letting us know about the promotions they have. I had such a great experience here when Evelyn explained how getting a membership is worth the price compared to any ordinary car washes at a gas station. There hasn't been a time for me where I experienced a bad vacuum here. I appreciate the team here 👌🙏 Evelyn keep pushing those membership and don't forget to tell them that it helps the lines move faster 👍

  I love all the people that work here they are so helpful and cheerful. I wish they had scanner’s for monthly membership to self serve the mashup of new customers, pay per use, and monthly all arriving at the same moment causes inefficient and ineffective delays with a car wash made for volume. The equipment in the vacuum and dry area is top notch and brand new. Everything works great, except the flow. It’s new. I’ll reluctantly be patient. People from the team lead to the gal spraying only the left side and front of my vehicle (what’s that for😂🤣 bug wash I think and it’s a good thing you can’t get bugs on the right side of a car🤪) have been wonderful and I get their challenges between the corp franchise and franchiser. The monthly membership is the only way to go. I try to use it daily but sometimes I forget. It’s the next best thing to getting your kids to wash it.

  Just went to the new one in Perris off Case Road to give it a try. Aileen and Sebas were very helpful explaining everything to me and getting me setup on a monthly plan.
  
  The car wash came out great!! What took a matter of minutes at Quick Quack takes me at least an hour on the rare Saturday mornings I actually talk myself into washing my car. Well worth the $$ and highly recommended!!
  
  I'll be visiting them every week now and won't have to be ashamed of my dirty car
