“My family has been taking our pets (about 2 dozen feral and non-feral cats and one dog) to this location for nearly 20 years, obviously we are quite happy with them especially since it is a 30 minute drive to get there and you have to WANT to go when there are so many other choices that are closer. We have have honest conversations with all the on-duty vets over years that run the gamut from the pros and cons of dental work, to the real hard choices facing us when it's time to make THE choice. We've never felt judged for making a non obvious choice, and always felt we were getting all the information we needed to make the right decision for us and our pets. The office is compact, you walk in directly to the waiting area, with a check-in desk right there. The 3 exam rooms are adjacent to the waiting area, so no long walks in a maze of doors... it's all right there. The exam rooms have always been clean and organized. They do perform simple surgeries on site and euthanasias too. Tips- The waiting area is compact with about 10 individual chairs for all people waiting, so at busy times you may be close to another patron with their pet, so bring a cage or other method of keeping your pet close and out of bite or scratch range of other less pets. If you have a favorite vet you want your pet to be seen by, you can call when you make the appointment and ask to be seen by that vet, be prepared to be flexible with your appointment date and time and make the appointment as early as possible. Parking is right out front, there is usually an open spot close to the office, if not there are plenty of other spaces just a few feet further away. There is a donut shop next door for the longer waits.”

“The staff at this Banfield is top notch! My dog and I just moved from Nashville, TN and they were able to transfer all his medical records and notes seamlessly. My dog gets really stressed at the vet, but they made him feel safe and loved. I can't remember the vet tech's name but she had dark hair and was so nice to my dog and me. Dr. Cihocki was also amazing! I'm so happy to have found a Banfield location with staff that knows and understands my dog's unique needs.”

“Dr.Means @the Butchko veterinary office is Totally Awesome. Dr.Butchko is Awesome too. They have helped my English Bulldog puppy Winston with surgeries, first Cherry eyes, then a 3rd eye flap on his right eye, now Dr. Butchko did Entropian eye surgery on both of his eyes. They are Clear and Bright again like when he was a puppy. Cannot say enough Good about this Dr. Office. Best Vets Ever!!”

“Our Akita Dylan ruptured his cruciate ligament and needed surgery. Dr Saldanha was very knowledgeable and explained the injury and the surgical options in a way that was easy to understand. All the costs and the rationale for each was explained. Dylan had his surgery yesterday and we brought him home today. All discharge instructions were explained. We are very pleased with the care and compassion of the Vets and all the staff.”
