“Dr Ryan at Banning Veterinary Hospital is great! I bring all my animals here but my most recent experiences is with my cat Tuna who has Asthma. And my big dog Maggie who needed a little something removed off her belly. He went above and beyond for my cat to try and find other options for his asthma. And as for my dog, he was just great with her. He helps makes things stress free! The visits are always very pleasant! I hardly ever wait, the staff has always been pleasant, and the payments are less than anywhere else. But the care here is what I appreciate the most! “Dr. Lauro took in my girl, Cobalt, last year after a mass on her lower back jaw was found. It was fortunate that she had a cancellation on that day and was able to get Cobalt into surgery same day. Unfortunately it came back as bone cancer, and about three weeks later Cobalt had to be put down. Cobalts sister, Opal has seen her 13th birthday thanks to Dr. Lauro. The Doctor is consistently available to answer questions, usually within 24 hours of leaving her a message. The hospital does a great job of communicating with Opal’s cardiologist, and has even been kind enough to help with her heart medications through a donation; something I did not request but greatly appreciate. The staff have always been kind, the facilities have always been clean, and all three Veterinarians my dogs have seen there have been thorough and knowledgeable. Opal and Cobalt were first seen at this hospital when they were 12 weeks old, and the hospital has been with them in care for the duration of their lives. I hope everyone there knows they are appreciated. The veterinary field is stressful, and has been especially hard since the pandemic; as many people bought pets as companions during lockdown. I’ve been a dog owner for about 34 years now and cannot think of any complaints around their services and care of my animals. Myself and my family feel very fortunate to have found them.”

“My little fur baby got some flu infection and collapsing trachea. I’ve called a lot of veterinary clinics and this clinic only understood my emergency situation and gave me appointment right away. The place itself is nice, clean and cozy. Dr. Brown is very intelligent and knowledgeable, treats you with respect and answers all your questions with no rush. You also can feel that she cares about your little one. This is very important to me. No overcharges, just right medications were prescribed. “I brought Tuna for teeth cleaning today. It was such a nice experience. The nurse was a listener. She paid attention to what I was worried about. The doctor was excellent. He told me exactly what should to be done and what not need right now. ( He tried to save my money) He explained every single thing that will happen and the cost in detail clearly. I took her in at 10 am. The nurse called me at 12.45 that my dog was fine and what time I could pick her up. They made my life easier. My dog was not over sedated. She was just tired but totally fine. The nurse even cut her nails for free. Thank you so much. A lot of a little special things I can see like a discharge instruction in detail both verbal and written, medications lists and a cute Tuna fish sticker for my Tuna. I appreciated your care and compassion.”
