“Update 4-22-23: The ownership and management of this car wash proved me wrong. They did step up and take ownership of damage caused by the buffing wheel and more importantly, made it right. Their integrity and genuine desire to fix the damage was consistently demonstrated throughout the repair process. My Ram has now been restored to its original condition and I want to warmly thank the site manager, Katie, for all she did to make this happen. I am now a customer again! Original review 11/13/22: My Ram 2500 was damaged in the car wash bay yesterday (11/13/22). As it moved on the conveyor past the wax station it moved to the air dryers and buffer. The drying and buffing wheel got stuck on my front end and tore my front hood / grill molding off. So far, the folks at this location are not communicating with me. They seem to be avoiding the issue. I'd be careful with driving your expensive vehicles through a car wash like this with owners / managers are not willing to own the damage they cause.”

“I bought some cold drinks. There was no line and I walked right up to the cashier. He didn't greet me and proceeds to scan my items. He mumbled the price to me. I asked him how much and he repated the price a little louder. I paid and thanked him. He said nothing. The guy wasn't rude, but his customer service was non existent. This place could be 5 stars with better service.”

“My husband and I had a blast!!! It was a fantastic time getting to know Kristen, our guide, and I had an amazingly calm and friendly horse named Nip, who surprisingly never did! I would easily recommend this to anyone thinking about it. We went during the perfect time, so if you are on the fence of going on winter don’t be! It was cool and you do start to get warm, so it truly made it even more relaxing without the beating sun. Shout to Kristen also for her great photography skills! She Airdrops several photos to you so you won’t miss anything!”
