“Only could have been nicer on a sunny day. Went up with the 2 kids today and knocked out a nice walk, lunch, and adventure. The pools are certainly a site to see and about only a 10 minute walk from the parking area if you walk a decent pace. Plenty of poppies in the area, more than I have seen in a concentrated area anywhere else on the preserve. Many other nice flowers to see as well. Didn't get to see the shrimp today, maybe next time.”
