“My car was taken in to have the bumper replaced due to someone backing out and ripping my bumper off on one side. My car was sent to Calliber Collision for repairs. The gentleman that would work on my car @ Caliber Collision was prompt and courteous when calling and keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He had information including the cost of repairs within a few hours of dropping off the car. He called the next day with an update and to let me know my car would be ready later that day. I was not able to pick up my car that day due to work. He allowed me keep my car their until the next morning. When I picked up my car, the staff were nice enough to allow me to leave my rental car. The repairs and paint job were immaculate. The lady behind the counter was very nice and accommodating to my needs. It’s a shame and annoying when one has to have repairs to their car because of other’s mistakes. It’s a blessing to have one’s car repaired by the staff @ Calliber Collision and receive excellent customer service and quick repairs to get one back in to their car. Thank you to the gentleman @ Calliber Collision for the quality repairs, the excellent customer service, and the prompt and courteous service and updates throughout the process.”
