From the moment you walk in the door, the receptionist will make you feel extremely comfortable and welcome. After you sign in, you're seen almost immediately. I've been there twice now and both times I left much sooner than anticipated. The dentist is great because she isn't there to sell you procedures and accessories you don't need, she is honest and does only what is necessary. Especially in teaching kids the process of dental hygiene and braces. The doctor is really nice and the girls upfront are super friendly too. They make the environment very relaxed and not scary. “I had a tooth that needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon, I called about six different dentist office to try to get an appointment and all the appointments are all booked up but when I called smiles West they had an appointment for me that same week. I will have to say my experience was amazing, every nurse , receptionist and the oral surgeon was nice, patient, enjoyable and very knowledgeable. They were able to give me step-by-step over the payment and try to make it more affordable for me. The Oral surgeon that took care of my tooth was quick , efficient and polite. I didn’t feel a thing.
