“The best ice cream I have had by far, the milk buns are amazing and fresh and hot. The afters flakes are delicious and a great topping to any ice cream. Many different unique options and at this location you can use cash app to pay😉. Friendly employee and very clean.”

“I love the biblical understanding of the church because it has deepened my faith in understanding of the word and self reflection. I couldnt find alignment from what I read in the word and what was being taught in Sunday churches. Spirit and Truth seems to be the focus of the Eye as a body. Shalom for those who seek in Spirit and Truth.”

“I’ve lived here for about 4 months so far. There’s a ton of pros and a couple cons to the apartments. Pros: - Management is really great about communication in a timely manner. They’re all really nice too, they never make you feel bad about reaching out with any issues. - The maintenance guys are great, super kind and professional. Never wait long to have anything fixed. - The apartments were cleaned nicely upon move in. We decided to rent a fridge from them as well and it was spotless! - There’s no issues with anyone taking our assigned spot. - Pretty much no issue with sound traveling through the walls from neighbors. I know there’s a couple babies around us, but we never hear anything! - The move in process was smooth and easy. - The property itself is well maintained. - Even though it’s not gated, I feel pretty safe here. I never really see cops or homeless on the property. Also, no issues with packages being taken off doorsteps around me either. - The location is great! We’re close to grocery stores, the freeway, and tons of restaurants. Cons: - The laundry room has been super busy lately, and are never really clean. To avoid the dog hair stuck inside machines I’ve started using a local laundromat. I know their a separate company though, so not at the fault of the apartment. - The pool area sound echos. At 9 pm you’ll hear every single conversation from the hot tub if your apt is near the area. Music is pretty amplified. Again, I’ve heard from friends this is kind of an issue at all area apartments with pools. However, I do see them clean the pool pretty often and it always looks well kept. Plus everyone is good about not staying out past 10 pm. - Smells do travel. Whenever our downstairs neighbor smokes anything you can definitely smell it in our apartment. Especially in our cabinets when they’re opened. - Parking for the unassigned spot is pretty dicey. If you’re getting home in the evening expect to have to park across the property. Definitely an issue of nonresidents parking there too. Overall, we really do enjoy living here! Every apartment will have it flaws, and I definitely think The Timbers has a lot less than other local properties. I recommend living here for sure!”

“Dorothy Husen is absolutely wonderful and lovely. Her mind-body holistic approach is deeply effective. After 7 sessions, my driving anxiety had completely dissipated. In general, overall, I also noticed that I was more relaxed throughout the day, more calm, less reactive. Her work is powerful. I highly recommend her service as she is really professional and very calming and relaxing in her approach. I left every session feeling peaceful and relaxed, calm and ready, for whatever might happen.”

“Let me first disclaim that I am not, nor have I been, affiliated with Zen Senior Living Diamond Valley except as a new resident. In fact, I have only been in Hemet , CA, one other time and that was to the Quality Inn (see review.) I never visited Zen Senior Living Diamind Valley and had only seen pictures due to my lengthy stay within a Skilled Nursing Facility (see my prior review Riverwalk.) Zen Senior Living Diamond Valley is truly an Amazing Apartment Community. The facility grounds are so inviting with Rich gray/black colored buildings with pops of yellow. A Gorgeous Pool with popping lounging spaces and a barbeque area with 2 side-by-side (for those big senior citizen pool parties. lol) The Clubhouse is Awesome with such great communal areas, it only takes a couple of seconds to figure out what to do. Play/Work/Read or watch, with so many options available and so inviting. There is card playing in one area, while dominos are being played in another, the Media area in another, and an on-going puzzle that many residents are collaborating on, along with areas to get peace and/or pick up a book or magazine. There are several tables both inside and out that are to do whatever, maybe catch-up on some work, if your like me (cause I'm not retired yet..lol) The inside of my apartment is incredible! It's crazy, but true, that it is exact in every way, shape, form, and design, to my friend's much more costly, less asthetic and inviting community, in Riverside, CA. Exact even down to the identical heater in the bedroom and a/c unit in the living room. The quaintness of this community can be expressed in many different ways. While walking the one mile loop that is properly marked off in sections, for those looking for individuality in their daily workout plan, you get that tranquil feeling of mindfulness. The path continues throughout the community and has staircases on each side, of each of the buildings. At the base of each staircase there are expressions within the landscaping of the residents from within. This a beautifully peaceful and charming way to exercise the legs on that early morning walk. It's very serene extremely peaceful. Oh! My apartment, by the way, looks like it's Brand New. (And NO, it wasn't the model unit, but it could have been - minus the furniture...lol) There was not one single thing that I honestly can say that is wrong with any part of my living space (and based on the prior reviews I have made on other social sites, one knows that I am not shy about reporting and expressing problems and expecting diplomatic solutions.) Aside from seeing my friend's exact, more expensive, and less asthetic unit, in Riverside, I have never experienced visually a bigger walk-in closet for a one bedroom apartment. (I think I can fill it up...maybe... lol) Last but definitely not least, of this grand journey I get to call Home, is that the Staff here are AMAZING! This is not to say that everything or everyone at Zen Senior Living is PERFECT, but more important to me is how they have handled their imperfections. (and mine.!) In my case, the leasing consultant, Gilbert, and the Community Manager, Michelle, made every effort to go the extra mile, even considering my unique situation.. They ensured that my needs were met in every way, even given the obstacles that often come to those renting for the first time as a senior citizen. Especially with my newly discovered, lack of knowledge, of certain and ever-changing rental processes. (i.e., The lease is 45 pages, so don't forget your reading glasses. lol - ) To say, "the photos online of this place don't do it justice" is not accurate - on the contrary .. that's wrong!! It looks just like the photos.. (Keep in mind I never visited here until AFTER I had signed my Lease. So I could tell the place was "AMAZING." I was very surprised that it was true to its online advertising and name -Zen) This Quiet GEM of the Community should have a waiting list longer than any other place that exists presently within the County of Riverside. +++ But it didn't.”

“I was in a position to have to go through possibly a lengthy time with my 88 year old mother dying, when she refused to have a feeding tube administered. The idea of watching and doing this was frightening. The hospital put me in contact with Bristol Hospice. All I knew about Hospice was my Aunt was aided by them. My cousin raved at how great these ladies were. That was an understatement. From the beginning they were beyond great. Though I talked to the doctor and therapist on Thursday to get my mom home (her wishes were to die in her own bed), it took me 12 hours on Friday to get them to release her. It really wasn't until after I talked to a lady from Bristol, that I got her out. For nine hours I waited and then the hospital social worker came by and told me that Bristol would contact me. The lady I spoke to me said there was nothing they could do until the next day, and was there anything she could do to help me. I told her of a promise I made to my mom that she would sleep in her bed that night. Three hours later, Bristol made that promise happen. Sorry I don't remember the ladies name. Friday came and Rene, the admitting nurse into Bristol care came to her house and she was like a friend. She was nice and respectful to my brother, sister and I. She made it so easy. Since it was a weekend and we had a number of people stop be and help. Olivia, Monica (who eventually was her primary), Annmarie, Alida, Rhonda, Monica, Clara and the clergyman (whom I can't remember) were wonderful in her care. From the beginning to the end and even beyond were like members of my family. They took very good and loving care for not only my mom, but also for us. I thank you for all your help during this time. I would say my mom was really fond of all of those that came and especially Monica. She requested that I call and make sure that Monica was her primary LVN. If you are reading this, you can take my word, these people are precious to all those they come in contact with. They took a rough time and made us all feel as though it was a hill not a mountain. I think of it as a blessing that He put us in contact with Bristol.”

“This location really offers quite the unexpected atmosphere and oh the food 🤤🥴 I highly recommend the ceviche or the quesobirria but even their micheladas are some of the best I have had. This is definitely a spot to explore the menu and see what you like best. Now did I mention the service... this restaurant really has it all! Everyone who works here is friendly and an added benefit for me was they spoke great English and had patience to let me practice my Spanish. I can't wait to visit the area again!”
