He provided detailed information about the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. There were no surprises which is amazing. Then came the actual delivery - I have never been so impressed with delivery, set up, and speed. It was perfect. I didn't have to touch or rearrange anything. It came as scheduled, with the guys even calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival. “We bought a sectional from Sean. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we decided which couch to get ( we stayed in the store past closing) and he also cut us a very handsome deal. The furniture arrived within 3 weeks just in time for our housewarming party! The only thing we would have wanted is scotch guard to be included to protect the fabric. We are very pleased with the appearance and feel of the piece. I wish I could post pictures.”
