“Eighteen months ago we needed help packing and storing our household goods after we sold our home and began traveling and exploring our life options post retirement. We chose Sierra Valley because they provided just the service we needed. They came into our home and spent three days carefully wrapping and protecting all of our furniture, artwork, and glassware. Absolutely everything was wrapped, protected and put into storage. Last week we moved into our new home, and Sierra Valley finished the job by delivering all of our household goods from storage. We were very impressed with their service. Working with them in our home through the packing up phase and again unpacking was as pleasant as moving can be. They were very careful to protect the furniture and the home. They were fast and focused. The price was very fair. We even had some of the same crew that packed us up be on the crew that unpacked us. There was a small chip on one of our hutch glass shelves. They took the shelf back with them after unloading and came back a week later with a new shelf. If we ever need to move again, Sierra Valley will get our business.”

I live out-of-state and have had some issues with lock replacements, management has always worked with me to fix whatever comes up. Just recently I had a personal call from the property manager to inform me my autopay hadn't gone through. It was so nice to get a call like that versus how some companies handle their financing. “Excellent customer service. I stopped into this establishment to check their rates and availability. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming that I decided to put a deposit on a unit. I moved in months later and was pleasantly surprised to get the same level of great customer service, even though there was a new staff member. The manager (lady) who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The unit I initially selected looked differently so I wanted to see other options. She showed me at least two additional units and was willing to clean one out within a day if I selected it. My lock was too small, so she loaned me a bigger one until I returned the next day with my own lock. I appreciate all that she did to ensure I was completely satisfied. “Very reliable for moving my elderly parents from a house they had lived in for 60 years. They had to prepare the boxes and move to a senior living place that had extra requirements for a moving company. Amazingly All went smoothly and no complaints from my parents for any damage or missing items. Their estimate was spit on to what was charged and no surprises. “There's only one reason this isn't a 5 star review: the dock (blindside). There's just no other way to do it unfortunately. Otherwise, this is an easy delivery. The staff is polite, professional and quick to move their equipment if needed. I've been here several times now, and its always been a positive experience. Slide tandems after you're lined up on the dock, and double check which dock before you start backing in because it does change from time to time. Very nice crew, polite, professional and patient.”

“We stored nearly everything we own in two storage units for 6 months. When we got there to move our things in, we got a 26’ U-Haul stuck. Conner worked for three hours with us trying to get it out of the mud, and we eventually did. I’ve never used a storage unit before so when I kept forgetting I had a payment due, Conner was incredibly understanding. I am so happy we chose this storage unit as I imagine my forgetfulness would have been a nightmare anywhere else. I cannot express enough how awesome Conner was in this entire process. Everything came out of the storage unit dry and completely intact.”

“I called and spoke to Madisen before my visit to the showroom. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She first checked to see how much I could finance which saves a lot of time. Then she showed me quite a few different mattresses. Madisen was very patient as I tried out several different mattresses and I ended up going back to the first one I tried. The mattress, box springs and adjustable frame were delivered within a couple of days. The 2 nice men who delivered everything to my 5th floor apartment were very efficient and my old bed was hauled away as well.”
