“On my way home on Friday evening, my car radio started to turn off and on and eventually my car just stopped running. They are the only auto repair shop open late till 8pm. After speaking to Pam, their lovely office staff, my car is towed at Arden Village Service. They close at 8pm but they waited until my car got there and completed paperworks so it can be checked the next day. My suspicion was correct that the alternator is not working after speaking to Adam, their service advisor. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. My car is fixed by noon the next day. They also checked my car battery and fully charged it. Very pleased with their excellent customer service, honesty, and prompt service. I will start bringing my car at this place for regular maintenance moving forward. Thank you so much for fixing my car!!”
