“I recently had a unfortunate motorcycle shipping accident in which the rear turn signal was ripped off my bike. I called in to see if I could get the part and was immediately surprised with how kind and efficient the parts department was. They looked up schematics to ensure I would receive the right part. Once I came into the store the schematic was pulled up for me to verify we were talking about the same thing and less than 3 minutes later the part was ordered and I was on my merry way. “My husband and I went into the store looking for a new mattress and bed frame. We didn't want to spend too much, but I also wanted something that was going to be a quality product. We walked into the store, and within a minute or two one of the wonderful reps came up and asked what he could help us find. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for, and he narrowed it down for us quickly. We then told him what we were looking for in a bed frame, and he walked us around showing us the best options they had. We found the frame we were looking for and the mattress, the only thing left was discussing pricing. We were able to discuss numbers and came to a price we felt comfortable with, as well as financing! To top it all off, we were able to pack up our truck and take the items home that day! They offer delivery, but we already had a truck to be able to bring it home with us. If you are looking for a mattress and bed frame, or any other furniture, I definitely recommend this location!! Between the service and the prices, you can't go wrong!”

“I have visited DD's many times at a different location but have relocated to N Highlands, CA and a friend suggested I try the Elkhorn Blvd location. I had recently retired, due to medical, funds were low and Christmas was coming up fast. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness as I walked in, was greeted by a guard and proceeded to shop. We made a mistake in our own measurements and was able to call them and make changes to our order the very same day with no hassle and no issues. We got a custom-made sectional, custom size and orientation, chose the fabric, color, and pillows! They delivered the sectional two weeks ahead of schedule, within the time-frame given and the delivery guys even took our old couch away for reasonable fee (and they too were wearing masks and very carefully in our house). We actually looked at sectionals at Costco, Wayfair and a couple other places, but they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. So glad we found this place, the sectional looks amazing in our living room. Will definitely go back.”

“Normally I don't post reviews but I just thought I should because of the great customer service displayed. There was a gentleman named "Mo" that assisted with a lot of my questions regarding paint. I'm thinking his name is short for "Mo-Paint". He was the only one present at the time and was very polite and answered my questions very professionally. There were particular concerns regarding what kind of finish of paint (gloss, semi gloss, satin, etc), acrylic, oil based, and color selection. He answered them with ease and was very knowledgeable. Again, it was busy there and I noticed a lot of people coming in that had to get the paint and go on with their business. It is good to be patient, especially when you understand that it's not only your time is valuable and important, it's his time and everybody else that comes into the store as well. Too many choices and the mental warfare was wearing me out. But I decided to go with Sherwin Williams Pro Block oil based Primer for cabinets, Color of the Year "Navel" for the kitchen island, "Iron Ore Gray" for doors and "Mindful Gray" a brand called Super Paint for the walls.
