“Not yet complete the grassy area (or what will be a grassy area) is still under construction. Open play area with a couple play structures . I liked the open run concept. Nice sitting area for parents to relax while our four legged babies socialize. The ground is a blend of materials that should stay cool in the warmer summer months and drain quickly in the wet winter. There is a watering area for the pups and fountains for the rest of us”

“It's the most unique park around Folsom, made like a castle wonderland for kids. Really appreciate the designers' effort to give a different touch to a play area for kids. There are so many different stairs/nooks/climbing options for kids to explore and it's done very artistically. You have to go there yourself since it's hard to explain it in words. It's accessible both through bike trail and by road which is great.”

There are little tree in the area. It is so spacious and attractive that it creates a special joy. It is a great place for children to play and play as they do. “Maddox park was great, the only issue I had was one of the homeowners either across from, or backed up to the park called to complain about people working out there in the morning. The sheriff actually had to come out and tell us this because they received a call. I can understand if there is a ton of noise or criminal activity, but people exercising?? Sac Sheriff has other business that they should be attending to, not being bothered by entitled neighbors.”

“Parking is readily available on three sides of the park on the street, a small playground for the kids, tennis court section and open field where games are held for kids on the weekend sometimes. Would be 5 but frequented by people with animals who forget to leash their dogs or the occasional person who likes to drink alcohol on the set of benches under the trees near the playground area, never bothered but there are further benches on the far end away from kids that it could be done at out of respect for families. Doesnt happen often so when the weather is nice its a good place to go to.”

I highly recommend signing your child up here and joining in on all the Baseball Little League Fun and Memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. I played for this Little League back in 1984-1989, and I now have 2 of my own sons that have been with the League for past 3, working on 4 seasons.”
