“Just rented for two weeks. Managers are super nice. Park is very off the track and secluded, city folks probably won't like it here but is a perfect place for this country boy. They have a dock on a sheltered side canal that word has it is great fishing, especially strippers. Small convince store next to dock. I highly recommend this place as a peaceful and quiet get away.”

“It is clean and most times quiet and looks like the people maintaining it to do care. That is lots of trees providing shed - some trees hudge, some small just like a bush so call and ask ahead. The weather is adjacent but right there fishing is not easy because the shore is sometimes inaccessible and is guarded by trees which make casting impossible. There is water, showers and the restrooms are acceptable.”

“Wonderful views of the river and a family friendly atmosphere. We’ve walked around for a bit and there is a nice easy trail. There are also well used boat launches. Camp sites are relatively large and there is a good space between each camp. Can be a bit HOT, check the weather before coming.”

“Small park with some beach access. There usually is a lot of large log and branch debris all over the beach though. It gets very windy here so not an ideal place for a picnic. The park hosts are very welcoming. Overall a very clean, well maintained park but some large debris on the beach.”
