“Summit Real Estate is the only way to go! I haven’t purchased up here in Beautiful Big Bear yet, however we have done all the Air BNB, Big Bear Cool Cabins, Destination Big Bear, and a few other companies, and I can tell you this… none of them even compare to the professionalism, communication, sense of urgency, compassion, and all around just awesomeness!!! We’ve stayed at tons of different cabins over the passed few years ranging from $300-$1500/ night and this was our favorite cabin by far. All their options looked amazing. On other platforms I’ve noticed some sketchy minimal photos/ information but on Summit Real Estate everything had a ton of photos and information on exactly what the amenities and all options you would be getting. The price and fees were beyond fair especially for what you are getting!!! Holly is the best hands down she is the sweetest most compassionate host I have ever met. We legit got snowed in and her and her team pulled some strings to help us stay another night and avoid a second cleaning fee! Our cabin “The Serenity Modern” was 12 minutes from Bear Mountain Resort but amazing! It was so quiet and private on 2.5 acres! I’m going to upload a few photos of the Kids sledding and having a blast. Thank you Summit Real Estate and Holly once again. We are so grateful for your hospitality!!!”

“I must say sky high cabins has got it together when it comes to their Air B&B rental. To me first impressions are everything and this one i will remember. Brand new home with beautiful landscape work. A kitchen to die for and i mean they thought of everything frim fully stocked utensils to a wide selection of coffee. And it also equipped with ping pong, corn hole and jenga. And to top it off state of the art gas grills, tables with umbrellas and plenty of patio furniture. If your looking for a hassle free, feel at home Air B&B, shy high cabins is the place to go. From now on its my go to place in the daytona beach area. I would highly recommend sky high cabins .”

“The cabin was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen came with cutlery and silverware. The air conditioning, heat, and fireplace was great. The WI-FI didn't work though and the pool and hot tub was completely drained (I was really looking forward to using them). Also, many channels on the TV were unavailable so I had to scroll through them to figure out which ones we had access to and which ones we didn't (most channels are unavailable). It would help if they provided a list of channels we had access to. Overall it was a nice experience though.”

“I had the most pleasant transaction buying a home in Big Bear. We are very rarely home so wanted to buy somewhere we could potentially rent out as well so Big Bear was a great option. Laura found some great potential properties based off what I asked and we bought a home! Closed escrow 2 days ago! She was always on time and made time in her schedule for when WE needed. “Didn't know what to expect on my first overnight trip to Muskoka, but after the experience, Three Pines Lodge offers a perfect cozy stay with new ownership and great hospitality. We were greeted by the owner and showed to our rooms with a glance at all the amenities that came with the stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and affordable. The lodge also had designated areas for campfires with seating arrangements so that's how we spent our evening. In the morning we were able to try out their Sauna which was a unique experience and then headed on our way back home. A trip I'd definitely enjoy again.”

“My girlfriend and I had one of the best weekends (and Christmas) of our lives here! We stayed in the Honeymoon Haven cabin which was homey and cozy! The kitchen was great to make our Christmas breakfast. The staff and manager was quick to respond by text and came to fix the oven. We loved the fireplace and it was actually nice to use our own sheets- felt like our own little home. Great value for the price. The bathroom was cold so bring a robe. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Cabins # 60 This is a two-story Lakefront cabin that sleeps 6 Plus There's a full kitchen with refrigerator / freezer pots pans plates bowls cups utensils serving utensils can opener coffee maker and filters (coffee not included) I would advise picking up plastic silverware and possibly a sharp knife if you plan on really cooking. There are no spices or oil so you'll need to bring these. The family sitting room and dining room fit 6 comfortably at the table. There's a comfortable sofa and two recliners (this is where my girls preferred sleeping lol). Upstairs you'll find the gameroom loft which has a nice deck with BBQ grill and as few chairs. There's a ping pong table 🏓 🍻 and a dart board one of the sets of bunk beds is located in this area. Then there is the bedroom which is where a queen and set of bunk beds (twin/full) is located. There's a nice view from this room. There is a ceiling fan but we also brought a fan it was hot the weekend we visited and there is no AC. There is lake front access a short walk from the front door not a place to wade and fishing would be difficult but it's pretty”
