“My family and I stayed here for 4th of July. The walk to see fireworks was like a 3-5 min walk. 5 min. Drive to shopping center. Property is very cozy, kids had so much fun in the pool, painting rocks and playing horseshoe game that was available on the property. Also, property has barbecue grills available ready to use. “It's a beautiful jem of an Inn. Off the main highway so it is peaceful. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in the family suite, which features a living area with kitchenette and it has a separate bedroom with two queen beds. The fireplace is a nice touch for snowing nights. Lots of outside space with chairs, awnings, and BBQs. I recommend the Vintage Lakeside Inn. And I'm really hard to please.”

“My hubby and I stayed last weekend. We explored the Big Bear Village. Had a great lunch in town. Then, set off to our cozy studio. It was perfect. We stayed in #1 Sunday evening. We loved the big jacuzzi tub after a long day. Then, snuggled up to some great shows in bed on Netflix. Slept very well. I loved the kitchenette amenities as it was perfect for our short stay. Only thing missing was the coffee maker. Had all the coffee stuff. Just missed the coffee maker. Lol. Guessing perhaps it was borrowed to another cabin. No biggy though cause we had coffee in town at breakfast. I have recommended this place to people at work already. As the price was awesome for all it offered. Was the perfect romantic get away. “Visited in 2017 : I had an excellent experience at this cabin rental. The accommodations were spotless, beautiful, and very peaceful. The manager was incredibly friendly and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and hiking. I felt comfortable leaving my car there while out on a hike. I rarely give top ratings for a hotel, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. I plan to return in the future.”

“We got this on a special rate. The queen bed 1 room cabin with kitchen was comfortable and cozy. I really loved how clean everything was on the inside. Bed was super comfy. But wish the windows had an option to make it dark. I also enjoyed the outdoors area they have. Would return again.”

“The cabin was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen came with cutlery and silverware. The air conditioning, heat, and fireplace was great. The WI-FI didn't work though and the pool and hot tub was completely drained (I was really looking forward to using them). Also, many channels on the TV were unavailable so I had to scroll through them to figure out which ones we had access to and which ones we didn't (most channels are unavailable). It would help if they provided a list of channels we had access to. Overall it was a nice experience though.”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at Golden Bear Cottages. There are similar cottage/cabin accommodations in the immediate area, but we found this site to fit our needs very well. The cottages are all unique and can sleep large groups down to a couple. Our cottage had a good, working heater, fireplace, two bedrooms, 3 beds, and a full kitchen. The best part was the in-unit jetted tub! We also enjoyed exploring the grounds and playing in the snow.”

“Didn't know what to expect on my first overnight trip to Muskoka, but after the experience, Three Pines Lodge offers a perfect cozy stay with new ownership and great hospitality. We were greeted by the owner and showed to our rooms with a glance at all the amenities that came with the stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and affordable. The lodge also had designated areas for campfires with seating arrangements so that's how we spent our evening. In the morning we were able to try out their Sauna which was a unique experience and then headed on our way back home. A trip I'd definitely enjoy again.”

“Thank you to park manger Demi for being so sweet to us, we were having a hard time finding a spot to park our RV and every park in the area were booked up and not very nice about anything. Demi was first of very nice and understood our situation and was super helpful giving us information and finding us our space that fits us perfect. Rent is $800 which is so much more better than the other places that charge over $1,000. This park is cute and small, very quiet and my neighbors are awesome. Only downfall is say is there’s no gym and WiFi is very weak.”

“The room was pleasant as described; non-smoking upon entry. The view to the lake, through the window was remarkable. The service clerk was very helpful, courteous, accommodating and showed that he cared about his customers. Even the doublebed sized bedroom had enough space and a microwave and fridge. The king sized bedroom has a decent kitchenette with basic kitchenware to make you feel right at home and cook away. The fireplace worked well and warmed up the front room. The bathrooms were also nice and sanitized. Overall, our family was satisfied and would return for another weekend stay.”

“My girlfriend and I had one of the best weekends (and Christmas) of our lives here! We stayed in the Honeymoon Haven cabin which was homey and cozy! The kitchen was great to make our Christmas breakfast. The staff and manager was quick to respond by text and came to fix the oven. We loved the fireplace and it was actually nice to use our own sheets- felt like our own little home. Great value for the price. The bathroom was cold so bring a robe. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Very nice place to stay at when it’s covered by snow. Not too much cold as I expected, but enough to hold a snowman stand still for a week 😀. Fire pits, dining area, whole kitchen, a small church like those in the monasteries of the Egyptian deserts. One floor and two floor cabins. A very different experience, and I definitely recommend it, for a small or a big number of people.”
