Awesome instructors and fun, welcoming atmosphere! Our family always comes here when we vacation. A must if you are a CrossFit athlete! The elevation is a game changer.

Recently dropped in with 6 of my girl friends. Was so impressed how the coach Josh handled such a large drop in class ( we weren't the only ones) It was a fun workout, good clean/organized environment and good coaching. Would definitely drop in again. Thanks for being so welcoming!

Great place to drop in! I was in town for the weekend and didn't want to miss my Saturday wod.
The staff was friendly, the gym was clean and the wod was perfect 👌

Recently I dropped in at 7K while visiting the area. The coaches were super welcoming and knowledgeable. The members were fun and I felt right at home.
We started out with a really nice warm up and stretch. The coach explained the purpose and goals of the wod and then we got to work. The workout was tons of fun, and the programming was awesome. The 7000 foot elevation also created a fun and unique challenge for my lungs.
The gym itself is well equipped and clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait to go back.

Dropped in on a Friday and immediately welcomed by Patrick (owner and coach). My partner and I got a great workout in, in a great space, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Patrick was thorough with the warm up, provided really good cues for the lift, and overall just genuinely cared about making sure we had a safe and good WOD. We met his wife who did the workout with us, and true to community they are so friendly. We will definitely drop in again whenever we are in town!
