“We had a great experience here! We did a lot of research and due diligence before coming to this location. We visited a few other places as well. Thad, our sales associate, was great from start to finish. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he also gave advice for what we are hoping to do with our new toy hauler. He gave us great advice and tips along the way. He was also great to our kids when we came back to show them! Sheldon was great as well. He even remembered all of our children’s names when we came back for our walk through! Everyone here is very kind and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before you make any decisions and also before they deliver! We are very thankful for our experience here! “Picked up my furniture purchase on a Monday morning. I called ahead and the item was ready when I got there. Everyone - Karen at the customer service desk, the attendent for the parking area and the workers charged with pulling and loading our order - were ALL extremely pleasant and helpful. It should be noted that Ashley has changed their pick-up policy in that it is now necessary to make a pick-up appointment 24 hours in advance. The store doesn't tell you that part.”
