Every piece of equipment is wiped down and sanitized after each use by your trainer. This gym has a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes clients of all fitness levels. Working with my trainer, Veronica, has been an incredibly positive experience for me. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and exercise, and her enthusiasm for helping her clients achieve their goals is contagious. From day one, she took the time to get to know me, my fitness level, and my personal goals, and she has since developed a personalized workout plan that has really challenged me and helped me see results. She consistently pushes me to improve, but also listens to my feedback and makes adjustments as necessary. She is always available to answer questions and provide support outside of our training sessions, which has been incredibly helpful in keeping me on track. Like she is super sweet, her place is super cute and she really cares! I can contact her and she’ll tell me what I can use in the meantime between sessions or she will try and squeeze me in if she has time but she’s great and I’m so glad I was referred to her. “Excellent food along with great customer service. I ordered the ham, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant without the ham. It was cooked fresh to order and they made it quickly. Their donuts look delicious and they were coming fresh out of the oven every few minutes. They had a frequent flow of customers buying dozens of donuts so I'm sure they are delicious!
