From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for their clients. Every piece of equipment is wiped down and sanitized after each use by your trainer. This gym has a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes clients of all fitness levels. Working with my trainer, Veronica, has been an incredibly positive experience for me. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and exercise, and her enthusiasm for helping her clients achieve their goals is contagious. From day one, she took the time to get to know me, my fitness level, and my personal goals, and she has since developed a personalized workout plan that has really challenged me and helped me see results. She consistently pushes me to improve, but also listens to my feedback and makes adjustments as necessary. She is always available to answer questions and provide support outside of our training sessions, which has been incredibly helpful in keeping me on track.
