“I bought a brand new refrigerator from this place, refrigerator had a couple issues ,so I tried to call this guy nobody answered the phone, I went to store in person, he told me somebody will stop by to take a look, but nobody showed up.....I went to store again to see what's going on, finally the technician showed up next day and fixed it. They honored their warranty after all but had to go back and forth. So far so good”
