“Ok so I’m new to this wax melt making journey and I didn’t know it included turning your spare bedroom into a complete lab lol. The measurements, the waxes the molds. Goodness. Then I called Starlight. Richard answered like we were old friends and when he couldn’t answer a question literally had his wife Clara call me back within five minutes and answered all my questions and more. She has over 15 years of experience and ever answer given was with care and complete knowledge of the craft. What touched me is when Richard said “ My little one is at home sick with Clara and I’ll have her call you “ I didn’t expect her to call so soon. I’ve raised 6 boys so I know how it is to have sick little ones. When she called back I was surprised and she answered every question offered to help me along my journey and even samples. Guess what guys I haven’t bought a single thing from them while writing this review. But the customer service has me hooked so although I appreciate the offering of the samples, I’m headed down to buy 50 pounds of wax today and fragrance oil because they are just an awesome pair and they went above and beyond. To end this she gave me her cell number and said text me anytime you get stuck. This is what you get when you continue to support small businesses like we candle /wax makers are trying to create. “This place is the ultimate when it comes to fabrics! Reupholstering (anything), drapes, curtains, chair covers, awnings, etc anything that needs material these people can do it for you! It's a little overwhelming when you first walk in cause there's just huge bolts and bolts and bolts of fabric everywhere, it's like a maze, barely room to walk. The family that owns it are all so kind and extremely helpful that you can't go wrong! This definitely a gem! I came to find fabric to redo two chairs and they let me take two big books home to try out the fabric. Plus the prices are GREAT!”

“Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! Had some seat cushions in my boat that started to rip at the seems. Oils to find anywhere that could help me before summer ended. This shop was straight up with me and told me if they could order the vinyl and get it in they would turn it around for me. They spent almost an hour trying to find the right color match then ordered the material and did the three seat cushions. If I figure out how to post the pictures I will but believe me when I say I am more than pleased with the results! Best boat upholstery shop around period!”

They honored their warranty after all but had to go back and forth. So far so good”
