(December 14, 2018, 4:19 pm)Very professional, took my trailer here for insurance work, service Department was up front about everything, THEY ACTUALLY CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!!! they stay in constant contact with you and let you know what is going on with the repairs, and keep you updated on when you're able to pick it up. I have dealt with multiple other RV locations in Southern California that are a nightmare. I will be coming back here for anything I need in the future. They actually take the time to treat me like a customer, which is a nice change.

My family and I had the terrible experience of dealing with Family RV (FamilyRVUSA.com, Baird Family RV) on November 10th in Ontario. The shock of the treatment from the owner and sales manager still has not gone away. After doing a little research on the travel trailer we wanted we did a Google search to see who had it.
