“Facing possible evacuation due to wild fire I contacted this Hampton Inn, explained our situation, staff told me they would hold a room for us, a family of 5 and would be no charge if I decided to cancel. CalFire came to our door and issued us a mandatory evacuation. Spent 3 days at the Hampton Inn, staff was awesome and so understanding. Very nice, well kept, rooms are great and very child friendly. We love the Hampton Inns”
